From fur to wool to silk to Rayon you can find it in the clothing exhibit at the museum. See a variety of women’s dresses from the early 1900s through the 1980s. Many of these are wedding dresses ranging from wool suits to extravagant white lace gowns with pictures of the couple included. Oh, the amazing variety of hats, veils, and gloves worn with them are on display too. Men’s garments, although not as plentiful, indicate a range from formal dark wool suits with overcoats to a ‘60s polyester zoot suit. The men’s hats are striking too.
